In need of a blessing

Many (if not most or all) of you have been following the Compassion Bloggers in Uganda. There’s so much need, and it’s so easy to get overwhelmed by it all, and in some ways we need to be overwhelmed. A difference can be made though, if only in the lives of one or two or three at a time. Sometimes for a fire to be sparked and a revolution to take place, only a few are needed to be given the drive, desire and means to get it started. It is quite possible that the kids who are helped my rich Americans today could grow up and become the leaders of poor Uganda (and other parts of Africa) tomorrow.

Here are some of the posts that have really grabbed me this week:

Anne Jackson: when’s the last time you spent $9?
