Top 100,000 and my First Contest.

I just noticed last night that my little corner of the internet just ascended to the Top 100,000 blogs as ranked by Technorati. Yeah, I know that means there’s still tens of thousands of blogs ranked higher than mine, but one step at a time right? Just back in October this little blog only had an authority of 8, but now has one 11 times greater. Pretty cool.

To give credit where it’s due, the blog that hit the mark for me is one new to me: Run’n Like a Vagabond. So here’s some link love in return and an automatic add to my feed reader. Go give him a visit; looks like he’s got some good stuff going. (I’ll add Run’n Like a Vagabond to my blogroll on Monday when I get back to the office. For some reason, trying to add links here at home kills my wi-fi, go figure.)

Thanks again to all those who’ve linked to me in recent days. You had a huge part in making this possible.

So, here’s the deal on the contest. Once my Technorati authority reaches 100, I will give away the coveted iLamp to one lucky, randomly chosen linker (chosen by Random.org).

Here’s how to qualify:

Make sure you are linked to this blog. This contest is open to everyone who has linked to me in the past, or will link to me in the future (until I’ve reached an authority of 100). Send me some link love to get qualified.
Leave a comment on THIS POST, once and only once. This is how you will be given your number for the random draw. Any duplicate or multiple comments will be cause for disqualification.
Winners must be residents of the contiguous United States or Canada, unless you are willing to chip in for the difference in shipping costs. (I know that sounds cheap, but that’s the way it is.)
