08.02.08Customer serviceA word to companies out there who are wondering how to improve customer service. I Twittered this earlier today: A little while later I receive this reply: This garnered my response: So, I'm now giving TweetDeck another try in conjunction with Spaces on my MacBook. That's the way customer service should be handled. Kind of like Anne's recent experience with Whole Foods. If TweetDeck works for me, they have likely just made me a longtime user.

07.31.08Pray like you tweetIf you're in my circle of tweets, you likely got to be a part of the birth of Chris from Canada's newest little girl. Around lunchtime Chris sent out a tweet saying, "Ok twitter time to pray. This baby doesn't want to come out and this family doesn't want a C-section. We need some movement!" 04.28.08The Monday Minute: Your WeekendI had a whirlwind of a weekend. You know how you can schedule things weeks to months in advance, not realizing there will be a convergence? That's exactly what happened to me. Months ago I scheduled our yearly music retreat, and had to take this last weekend because of conference space availability. As I posted last week, I've already found value in using it, not to mention a great deal of fun. 04.04.08I’m wondering what else we can doI’ve been doing this blogging thing for a few years now (my old blogger account says since early 2001), and I’m increasingly seeing the power of online community.
